Important: Once your order fulfilment evolves to "preparing for shipping" it cannot be updated as it is in advanced stages of shipping.

- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

- When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable):

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@caffeinationworld.com containing your details, invoice number and detailed description of the item issues accompanied by
appropriate pictures for assessment and further instructions.

Important:

- In all cases described above, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable):

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping Times, Costs and Separate Shipping

We ship both locally and worldwide.

A customized shipping estimated time of arrival (ETA) is calculated and provided during the

As a general guideline, in normal circumstances, the estimated times are:

- Local orders: once the item is ready: ships within 2-3 business days, takes 3-7 business days to
be delivered to you.

International orders: Once the item is ready: ships within 2-5 business days, takes 7-30 business days to be delivered depending on the carriers' choice and schedule.
